“Best 'proper' pub in town. The staff are all great, always on it, friendly and welcoming. The pub itself has many superb architectural and decorative features. Food is always top rate, plentiful and good value. Live music regular too. Really warm and lively atmosphere in the evenings.”

“I used the Project B space for my daughter's 14th birthday party and would highly recommend the venue and the experience. The team are very flexible in accommodating what you are after and easy to do business with. Nice vibe and space felt secure and safe.”

“An absolutely wonderful lunch. The choice of menu is fabulous and the members of staff answered all our questions about the souse , chicken we were ordering. Our starters, mains, sides and rice were beautifully presented and the flavours complimented each other The interior of the restaurant is well laid out and tables spaced out so you can talk and not feel overcrowded. The bar area is lovely and a great place to enjoy a cocktail or drinks. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Will be back soon for another wonderful meal as so many other meetings I would love to try again this weekend”

“This is a really nice local resturant. If you are in the West Croydon area give it a try. They have a nice seafood menu. Various cocktails. Happy hour till closing. The deco is nice. The owner is friendly and very accommodating, infact all of the staff are lovely. A nice Caribbean vibe.”

“Good Chinese food with a good selection, I like the following dishes Singapore rice noodles, lemon chicken, special mixed curry, Sweet & Sour Prawn Balls/ Chicken Balls(not to much batter), Deep Fried Chilly Beef, Egg Fried rice, Mushroom Fried Rice or Vegetable fried rice, My dad likes the Singapore fried rice Vegtable, Mushroom or Prawn currys, Niece likes chips and plain curry so a dish to fit how your feeling & time of day. Staff are friendly and can help you pick a dish to suite you, are also willing to make changes like a but more spicy they can do that. Good sized portions too. Do home delivery now too but no card payment”

The Thai Elephant management should be proud of the staff, as Chinese/Thai restaurants are notorious for an impersonal robotic service, however your staff are amiable, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable (while not being overbearing), and maintaining a professional distance. “Zabardast is a cafe that specializes in Indian Wraps. Everything is freshly made in the open kitchen just like Subway where you can see and choose your fillings. There is a sitting are so you can enjoy your food there.”

“Great meal at F&B, Valley Park, Croydon. Nice restaurant. Lots of parking. We chose unlimited soft drinks, which was good value for money. Our food choices included starters of garlic bread & potato skins. Mains of cheeseburger & fries, pepperoni pizza & hot dog & fries. Desserts were chocolate brownie with cream & ice cream. A really good meal, which we all enjoyed.”

“So we’re sat in the market tavern, a little hungry and they’ve closed their kitchen and all I can see is La Ugo, I say to missus watch if you see anyone go in or out of the place as that’s usually a sign of a good place. Anyways we didn’t but hungry so we cut our losses and went there. Oh my god, I don’t ever want to go anywhere else! This is the one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!!! The staff were ridiculously friendly and accommodating and the pizza was so tasty! Just ignore their printing issue they will do you any pizza! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!”

“I'm a regular at this park n cafe as i walk my dog there almost every day. Service is fast, good and friendly. The food is very good, they bring it to your table. The place is very clean. It's a haven for dog owners as dogs are allowed in the main cafeteria, which is a welcome respite on a cold, frosty day. Coffee is good, and dog sausages are priced well.”
