I have recently had major surgery and the young lady (Alana )who served me has been absolutely amazing every time I am in the store she carries my basket and helps me carry my shopping to the car I was even gifted a bunch of flowers. I now shop solely in Waitrose Addlestone because of this young lady Alana is so sweet and helpful. All the staff in the Addlestone store are lovely but I want to say a huge Thank you to Alana for making shopping (especially after major surgery) an absolute pleasure Thank you Claire”

“How can this store meet 80% of my DIY and all of my hardware needs when B & Q, over 20 times, the size struggles. The service and advice is first class. The in-house customised products such as house signs are great quality. Simon and his team always deliver with a smile.”

“I went there yesterday with my daughter for a quick bite to eat. The food was really good (I had the tastiest halloumi and mushroom wrap I have ever tasted and the owner friendly but professional. He even gifted my daughter with a lollipop! Prices are great as plates comes with delicious yummy food! Great portions too! This is a nice local cafe' in Addlestone. There is no parking though as it is situated on the high street, but Tesco carpark is right across.”

“Stumbled across this place while I was working. Proper down to earth food, no frills, but very good prices. Staff polite and friendly. Garden out the front to eat your food if you want. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be making a return visit.”

“Incredible portions, beautiful food, welcoming environment and very helpful and attentive staff. This is the best Gastro pub in Surrey by miles. Great price point, play area for the kids and an adequate sized car park. It’s got mood lighting in the pub and more light in the restaurant, a great ambience for a long lazy lunch or a quick bite. We will definitely go back.”

“Been getting Kebabs from Kebabland for over 30 years when it was in the High street. Ive never found a better Kebab shop yet and ive visited quite a few all around the country and locally, the food has always been superb all through the years and they have the best Chilli sauce, salads fresh. The guys are always friendly and portions are large. People mentioning a management change? Management hasn't changed for years. Nothing is ever perfect but I really cant fault them.”
