“Overall an excelamt place to have a coffee when visiting Swanley Square, however despite the quality certain food items such as the sandwiches have increased in price to what I think to a level of almost a cheap lunch in a cafe, staff are friendly and efficient and sometimes it can become very busy”

“Have had a lovely stay at premierr inn. The downfall was the lady , Charlotte , on the desk becoming so abusive and walking into my room without asking which i find very strange and concerns me that someone can walk into anyone room when im not there and when asked why she replied i can do what i want . Very unprofessional and very angry lady but ive taken this further as this isnt aloud to happen. When checking out late because of this she called the police who didnt turn up as was a waste of there time very strange experience and very abusive. I have had an apology from customer services and premierr inn but im not satisfied with just an apology as im a young mum and this was very scary for me . The rest of staff are so kind. The resturants staff are all so nice and friendly and really good with children too. So welcoming and kind. The manager Sarah is so lovely and has made our stay really nice. The food is also really good and the drinks. Thank you .”

“Driver got lost and apparently couldn't get his GPS to work.. After 30 mins of messing about I called Domino's to cancel but they offered to send out a fresh pizza within 15 mins and added cookies to the order. Pizza arrived hot and fresh at 2nd time of trying. Things will always go wrong but it's how you deal with it when it happens that matter. Can't fault Domino's on this occasion.”

“Travelled 300 miles today for a very handsome kebab. Love the stores new look. Best you open a shop up where I live now. Your doner meat is fantastic and soo much better than we have up north.”

“Have been eating here since I was a small child although it was the starburger then I believe and I am sure they used to serve Sunday roast and desert. (edit try still do!) :-) Anyway the food is always good and what you would expect from a cafe. Any mistakes are always swiftly rectifies in the rare event there is one. The kids Love eating here and my daughter has asked if she can have a birthday party here. Would always recommend this fabulous family run cafe.”

“First time ordering and it was superb food, so tasty and great value. Well worth the drive to Swanley for pick up. Will definitely be ordering again. The fried chicken was sooooooo tender and the flavour was gorgeous, best we've ever had. Salt and pepper squid fantastic. Highly recommend was all lovely definitely a new favourite!!”

“The drinks selection was vast with a lovely presentation glass of the Amaretto. The decor of the staff and restaurant is admirable. Contemporary yet approachable. The food service was prompt and friendly with a lovely young waitress who served the dinner with a smile. To start, we ordered Thai dumplings; steamed to a delicious level of softness.The dumplings set the bar high for the rest of the meal. The main course was a aromatic Pad Guay Teaw Kee-Mao, a perfect level of spice for those who enjoy a slight kick, with tender prawns and adequetly cooked noodles. The bar was set high, to finish the meal we decided to share a plate of the banana fritters. Served with vanilla ice cream it was a tasty combination of sweet and savoury; however the fritters themself were a tad oily and the ice cream was fast to melt. I would recommend a different bowl for the ice cream next time. As a whole the experience was memorable, approachable and professional. A must visit for those who are a fan of Thai food. Would certainly comeback to try the rest of the menu.”

“My dog, Rey has been going here for about 18 months and absolutely loves her day care days. The staff are amazing with her and she is really well looked after and always happy to go. The grounds are also really secure, with plenty of space, so I can relax knowing that can run around with no chances of escape! Thank you to Claire and her team for providing the best day care and boarding facilities!”

“Popped here with a few work colleagues after being stuck on the m25 and the breakfast was amazing came fast, hot and served by lovely friendly waitresses, menu has a huge selection very reasonably priced and great milkshakes too, have to say if ever I’m in the area again I would definitely re visit”

“This is a warm friendly place to go for coffee and beautiful homemade cakes. They also do very lovely small lunches i.e toasties, egg on toast, soup and they do a cracking panini. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I love visiting here a lot, it's a beautiful local spot.”
