"I popped in on a whim whilst out with my daughter in her pram. This was my first visit and I was impressed with the service, selection of food/drink on the menu and the food/drink I had. I only dropped a star because I asked if I could have a cream tea and was told that would need to be booked in advance, which seemed a shame. There isn't a vast amount of seating inside or outside, so Angel Bakes definitely seems more geared up to pre-bookings and takeaways, which wasn't immediately obvious from the outside. I would definitely return but probably having phoned ahead."

"Brilliant customer service. My card was taking a while to process so I paid cash and proceeded to work. Someone tracked me down to refund me the card transaction that later processed. Definatly be recommending this buisness to as many people as possible."

"This is a warm friendly place to go for coffee and beautiful homemade cakes. They also do very lovely small lunches i.e toasties, egg on toast, soup and they do a cracking panini. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I love visiting here a lot, it's a beautiful local spot."
