"In the beginning, everything was excellent in Costa Coffee. Now nothing is clean, like before, the chairs are dirty, the tables and the toilet smell, and the coffee time is very crowded."

"Overall an excelamt place to have a coffee when visiting Swanley Square, however despite the quality certain food items such as the sandwiches have increased in price to what I think to a level of almost a cheap lunch in a cafe, staff are friendly and efficient and sometimes it can become very busy"
