“Fish as good as Masters in Waterloo Rd and they have won best chippy before. Quick service with a smile but best to phone with big orders or at busy times. Parking out side usually possible.”

“Came here for early dinner and drinks with my partner before we went out for the evening. Was quiet as it was a weekday, so we were sat quickly on a table near the kitchen. Very cosy booth, loved the Christmas decorations! A lovely lady called Jess took our order, I had the salmon and my partner had the pork, and we shared some sides. They were out of the onion rings, but the lovely chefs made us homemade ones instead!! Such a nice touch. The food was lovely and we had some cocktails once we were finished. Absolutely can’t fault the service, everyone was so welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be back, hopefully to try the festive menu which looks delicious.”

It's important to remember that all their food is prepared fresh, so the meat always tastes good, the vegetables crisp, and the sauces have that just out of the kitchen freshness that you just don't get in similar places. “Only one other table eating when we arrived mid-afternoon for our first visit to Tunch Kitchen on a lovely bank holiday Monday. We ordered the Turkish wine, which was gorgeous and were given some tasty, warm flatbreads with dips (one garlic and one chilli). We ordered from the set two course menu at £9.50 per person. Each of the meals were really delicious and portions sizes were quite big. We were offered more bread and dips with the main and were given a complementary dessert to share. Theo, our waiter, was brilliant and the decor and ambience were great. Will definitely be going back again very soon!”

Always fast service and good. Entrance is wheelchair accessible but the aisles are narrow so not an easy place to shop if special assistance is required, especially the weekends. Weekdays are quieter so possible.”
