"RUD staff I bought a shampoo some days ago, but l had made a mistake & took a conditioner & l had bought one cream but they counted 2 after 6 days l could back to Saver to change it to shampoo & I didn't use it at all & I wanted to get my money back ,but a staff her name was Dani , didn't accept, I was shoked , She said how can I believe you ,it means you are a lier She ruined my day at the end I swore ,I was about to cry I hadn't have this kind of experience on whole of my life Never forgive her"

"Staff were rude and sarcastic towards me. Didn’t even say thank you or good bye at the end of putting my sale through. Will never return. The staff need some serious customer service training. I work in customer service and have never complained but I was so unhappy with the service. Do not recommend going"

"Unfortunately on my visit no-one was wearing masks or using the hand hygiene station apart from myself and another person....so had to give this score....which was a let down. However as usual the place is an amazing gem for toiletry /home hygiene cleaning products."

"The Christmas sign that are hung by the ceiling, which is waiting for you to hit your head on it. Management have been told by staff, me and other shoppers, but won't budge. Don't come here unless you are looking to get a concussion."

"Here's another place to get those essential day to day items at a good price. It is a little less spacious than other branches but for a quick visit it's a good place to come. Always fast service and good. Entrance is wheelchair accessible but the aisles are narrow so not an easy place to shop if special assistance is required, especially the weekends. Weekdays are quieter so possible."
