“An Amazing Adventure. We were planning a 1month holiday to India and decided on the route we wished to follow, the regions we wished to explore and the amazing sights we wanted to experience. With India being so vast and the means of travel not being exhaustive, we contacted The Holiday Butler for guidance. From the word go Parul and his team were exemplary. We had a specific budget and we wanted to start our adventure in the north, Shimla in the foot of the Himalayas and travel south to Goa, taking in wonderful cities and sites , I.e. Delhi, Agra (Taj Mahal), Chandigarh, Ranthambore (Tiger territory), Jaipur, Armadabad, Mumbai and Goa. Parul proposed a truly wonderful schedule for us, providing the hotels, the local guides in each of the cities, train schedules and drivers where necessary. Spending 2-3 nights in each of the cities for the first 3 weeks required a great deal of planning to ensure we got the maximum pleasure and benefits. And then finalizing the trip with a relaxing time on the beautiful beaches of Goa. And that is exactly what we received. We travelled extensively on India’s excellent railway service, but the stations are delightfully chaotic and bustling, and the train times complicated. However Parul ensured guides directed us to precisely the correct platforms, and even the correct carriages. A driver was also waiting outside the station to take us firstly to the hotel and, with the guide take us to see the sights of the city. Parul’s proposed schedule allowed us to have a totally worry free adventure, never having to worry if we were on the right platform for the right train, or finding the hotel in a bustling city,and for example, even ensuring we visited the splendid Taj Mahal at the right time of day to gain the maximum pleasure. For us visiting India was a tremendous experience but we saw only a small part. We intend to return to see other parts and have no qualms of using The Holiday Butler again to get maximum pleasure from our adventure. We love to travel and will happily use The Holiday Butler for other countries to visit. SE Asia is also on our list”

We arrived at our hotel (Frontel) promptly where Al-Ansar had arranged us food, because they knew we’d be hungry. We were settled into the hotel and Madinah and Makkah were amazing as always. Al-Ansar were always there to help us with any questions / concerns. Brother Kausar was always checking up on us to see if we’re okay. They arranged transport to the Haramain rail and dropped us to Madinah airport on departure. Ahmed helped us check in and get ZamZam. All in all it was an amazing experience. “Just came back from Al Aqsa with Al Israa tour company. What a beautiful experience mostly because we such amazing and attention to detail tour guides who clearly knew there stuff. Al Israa’s accommodation is about 7 mins from the Al Aqsa compound. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms clean and food good. Highly recommend if you want to know the history of this magnificent majestic land and it’s people who by the way are super friendly.”

“It is a shame we are only allowed 5 stars, because I think they deserve many more. With less than 24 hours to go to my travel I realised that my British passport had less that 6 months to expire and therefore not valid to travel to Dubai for a long awaited and hugely anticipated trip with my family! Being a dual national, my only chance was to get a visa for my other passport. Imagine the desperation and panic! Then came along our hero Diane (our travel consultant) who promptly responded to our call 2:00 am Dubai time and patiently, sensitively and sympathetically dealt with all my neurosis and queries. Moreover she was honest throughout and gave a very realistic but sensibly conservative chance of success, never exaggerating or overpromising. She patiently kept in touch throughout the process, understanding my families anxiety that daddy may not be able to join them, and guess what???!! 12 hours later I had the visa in my hand and we are flying as planned. “Alhamdulilah we had the opportunity to book our Hajj invitation with Hasan Travel and Tours and we booked the silver package for 21 days. A very family friendly professional tour operator who were very clear about the packages with no stone unturned. I would like to thank IQBAL bhai, MEBZ Bhai, SHAKEEL Bhai and BABU uncle for this beautiful experience and helping us complete our 5th pillar with such a prefection I cannot describe, Also making our dream come true without any negative moments. It's our first time doing Hajj in 2019 (1440) and you do hear a lot of cons about some of these Hajj Agencies and their packages. Allah SWT is my witness I have been looking for a hajj packages for over 8 months and spoken to over 100 companies to find an honest and legit tour operator that won't rip us off. Most people I have spoken to i got their numbers from internet and are based in India and Pakistan but lie saying they have an office in London which they dont. Everything was done through emails which I was uneasy about. Then I found Al-Hijaz not from recommendation but through internet, first time speaking to Iqbal Bhai he told me about his package but didn't force me to buy his package, instead he was telling me to lookout for all the negative tour operators and how to keep myself and my money protected from these con artist and assured me I will find someone that meets my demands. After few hours I felt like this company was right for me so I met Iqbal bhai in his office with my wife and spoke to him in details about his package as I loved his honesty for the first time we spoke. I was uneasy about sharing my room in Azizziyah with anyone and Shifting package. But Iqbal Bhai promised me that this is a beautiful moment I wont forget and their building are newly refurbished. AllahamDulliah the whole experience was magical almost perfect and Iqbal Bhai and the crew have delivered everything that they have promised. I say almost perfect because I wish I could've stayed there longer then 4 weeks. The 5* hotels was right next to kaaba and madina hotel was right next to women's gate which made easier for my wife, service was extremely good, Iqbal Bhai made sure we got the keys to our room instead of waiting around in the lobby. They were with us throughout the whole Hajj period, our safety was their priority and guided us in confidence. This was the Best time we had in our life, met alot of new brothers and sisters who made us feel like their family and treated us equal regardless what culture we was from.
