“Great trans Siberian trip with GoRussia from Moscow to Beijing by older single woman. Julia did a great job setting everything up for me last minute. This was a trip of a lifetime and every thing went according to schedule. Some sites closed or busy because of national holidays, but made it more fun to see the locals enjoying themselves. Train transfers easy and second class cabins meeting other travelers on long legs made the trip fun. Hotels central and above my expectations. Wonderful local guides at every stop with good knowledge and english and many thanks especially to Ping who I missed saying goodbye to. She did a terrific job when some of the sites were closed because of rehearsal for the big 70th anniversary in Tiananmen Square. I Highly recommend Booking with Go Russia and the price was right.”

I was given all the relevant information and was very happy with the service. I even had the option to pay in instalments and it worked out perfect. Documents were emailed a few days before flying out and we checked in beforehand. Everything went smoothly. Rochelle even stayed in touch whilst I was on holiday with my son. One of our tours got cancelled in Iceland, Northern lights because of the bad weather but Rochelle was quick to book us another one the very next day. Within 10 minutes we had a call and we was introduced to a lovely lady called EMILY who was happy to help us. Explained to Emily a few of our requests and we filtered through many holidays. After a few ifs and buts we eventually found a fantastic holiday for an excellent price too. “The family and I had a pleasent experience with Al-safa. Thankfully everything went through smoothly and both hotels in Makkah & Madina were close to the Harram which was ideal. In hindsight, I am slightly dissapointed that our contacts (although they were very helpful and welcoming) were unable to speak in English so the tours may not have been as informative as they could have been. All in all, Al-Safa were great. A nice touch having the owner bid you farewell and check up to ensure your stay was pleasent.”
