“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“Thank you Kinghams. I have just received the most amazing, above and beyond service imaginable. I was in East Croydon for highly distressing personal reasons (to appear as a witness in Family Court) when a wheel bearing went in my Subaru. The AA (who I had called) highly recommended Kinghams, then escorted me there. They thought they could it relatively easily and that I’d be able to travel on down to Cornwall to visit my son and grandchildren who I haven’t seen for a year. . Sadly, the more they looked at the car the more problems they found. I was kept informed (so efficiently by video film) and difficulties arose because of the well-publicised shortage of parts. They eventually fixed my problems by bastardising one of their new, for-sale cars leaving it unsaleable until September when the parts can be replaced by Subaru. This is almost unimaginable service. They were kind, courteous, informative and great in every way. They have eventually managed a top class job of getting my car safely back on the road. I am never-endingly grateful and when I win the Lottery will make an ex-gratia payment which can be used as wanted. Thank you again, Kinghams,”

They take great care in ensuring children are happy and comfortable in the water before teaching them excellent technique in each of the four main strokes. The classes are a good size, allowing for individualised instructions where required and as they progress the children gain stamina, speed and confidence. They also provide feedback and updates on children's progress, moving them up levels when they need to or identifying areas in which they could improve. A great swim school that we'd highly recommend.”

“Play football up here weekly. Pitches are great for all weather and parking is good to. From what I can see the gym facilities look great with a swimming pool too. The staff are always friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to undertake any sports activities”

Was thoroughly impressed with the swimming pool, good size, clean, warm temperature, lots of floats and things for the kids to play with, excellent safety and a nice little room on the side where they cut the cake and had a little party. Overall really impressed. Oh and the grounds for the school are lovely too! Easy parking available as well.”

It’s a great environment to learn Karate and Kickboxing whether you’re a experienced or beginner. Alan has helped me with becoming a better fighter and losing weight.
