“Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.”

“Shocked at how easy and quick my item shipped! Not to mention excellent communication from BoxFit UK! We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission! I was shocked when DPD showed up with my dog food delivery AND our century wavemaster XXL at the same time! They were also better priced than some of their competitors in the UK. “I was given a phone number on the delivery note to call when I was 5 minutes away. The lad I spoke to explained it was a bit of a tricky maneuver to get into position. He stopped the traffic on the main road so I could reverse off the road then in front of the unit. A friendly bunch who stopped people parking in places which would have blocked me in whilst the container was being tipped.”

“Ordered 2 dresses. They are so flattering & comfortable. Placed order on 2 seperate occasions, 1st one took the time expected 2nd is yet to be received due to local postal delivery & nation strike. I did contact to query & they responded straight away. The 1st dress I ordered was white but when received its more ivory/off white than pure white but no need to return as its perfect for holidays. Will definitely be ordering again!”
