"One of the best shops I have walked into in Romford, customer service skills were amazing, I had a few problems not being able to find what I wanted but the employees there were very helpful and on hand when needed. I recommend visiting this shop the quality of the clothes are un real I have not had any problems with any of the products I have bought."

"Very, very disappointed with the level of customer service in this shop yesterday. I had to return a faulty item, only to be repeatedly told "that they do not give refunds". Although I pointed out that the law says faulty goods must be refunded, they refused to do so, only issuing a credit note. Was looking forward to buying many items in this lovely shop but now reluctant to do so."
