"Terrible customer service . The store manager lied about the return process and despite me proving her wrong by showing her flannels website she continued to lie . I see from other reviews this seems to be the norm in romford . I've spent over 5K IN flannels in the last 3 month but will never shop there again"

"I went in store to exchange a necklace we had purchased online. The lady working at the jewellery counter provided false information, refusing to exchange because “due to their policy they don’t return jewellery” and explained this was both in store and online. I explained that policy was only on pierced jewellery. She remained persistent and refused to help me. Once leaving the store i was able to do a return online, further proving her lack of customer service. This has made my exchange more complicated than necessary."
