“Had a wedding at the end of the week (Friday), outside the UK. Decided to order some shirts on-line from the web site (as I did before many times). Unfortunately the delivery was due in around 4-5 working days. So I started to search for a better option in terms of delivery time. Came to Stratford Westfield. Very polite staff and helpful! However they can not make monogramming in the store. They kindly advised me to go to the Ludgate Hill branch of the company and they will make me everything I need. Came the next day (Tuesday) in the store in central London, just 5 minutes walk from the the ST. Paul's cathedral. Came in. The manager of the office (Dimitrious) met and helped to select the write size and colour for the shirt. As I am adept for a classic fit (including classic collar), I had to wait for the next day delivery in the store, as they did not have anything in stock at the moment (Shirts with classic collar). Came next day (on Wednesday), to receive my parcel. Everything was ready for pick up. Julija (the Dimitrious right hand), helped me with the monogramming. As a native Russian speaker, it was a great pleasure to find a staff speaking Russian and she does. She made for me the monogramming exactly like I want it, fast service and brilliant customer service. Even Dimitrious offered me a coffee while I was waiting for my shirts to be done. There is no words to describe the fantastic customer service I received in this store! Thank you guys for everything! Especially Julija! You are the best!
