"Went to the Loake store in Jermyn Street today to buy a pair of black Oxfords with a rubber / dainite sole. After a very informative discussion I left with two pairs (black and conker brown), plus a belt. The sales person Sanjay had a huge depth of knowledge, was engaging at every turn, and at no point made any attempt at a hard sell. He made it easy to make choices thanks to the information and insights he shared, and I left the shop happy and enlightened. Always had good experiences with Loake shoes, so I am expecting the same with these new purchases. Highly recommended."
