From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! “Just came back from Al Aqsa with Al Israa tour company. What a beautiful experience mostly because we such amazing and attention to detail tour guides who clearly knew there stuff. Al Israa’s accommodation is about 7 mins from the Al Aqsa compound. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms clean and food good. Highly recommend if you want to know the history of this magnificent majestic land and it’s people who by the way are super friendly.”

On our return journey, Paris Gare Du Nord had completely shut-down, no trains. While everyone was upset and panicking, ByWay were with us contacting EuroStar, SNCF and hotels.
