I would 100% recommend the calamari, up there with the best I’ve had! The jungle curry is supposedly spicy but it was not spicy at all, and if you’re Bengali, it tastes like a traditional Bengali chicken curry with less spice!”

“Lovely venue which is quite big inside, security on the door are friendly. Good menu with lots of choices, was really happy with what I ordered it was very filling and full of flavour, the Korean fried chicken wings were my favourite, black pepper prawns could do with a little bit more flavour. Service is really good and staff are friendly. Definitely try the virgin mango daiquiri.”

“They’ve done refurbishment both inside and out, but the food is still as tasty as before. We were a party of 7 and ordered one family grill and a large mixed grill with two dishes of Calamari. Their freezer got broken and no desserts were available except Baklava and rice pudding. It was very disappointing, but they gave us free Baklava and Turkish tea. I love Baklava. There are hit and miss sometimes, but it was so good that I ate three pieces! Carolina waited on us with honesty and great care. She is wonderful. I highly recommend the place.”

“We had the paneer curry pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! The curry base was incredibly delicious and all the flavours were perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly and the service was nice and quick. 10/10 all round! Thank you!”

“Had a lovely meal here with my friend with the hardest working waitress we've ever met! She was super friendly and didn't see her stop moving all night, seemed to be hundreds of takeaway orders leaving the restaurant all night which shows its popular. However we were able to get a quiet table in the corner to catch-up. Would definitely come here again.”

“An authentic, hearty Thai experience. Located on the walk between Stratford tube station and London Stadium, this venue was perfect to stop in for a meal before the concert we were attending. Our starters consisted of satay chicken skewers, which was rich and loaded with sauce, and crisp calamari which was impeccably cooked and loaded with flavour. Following that up, we each had a Pad Thai, which we both agreed was delicious and filling. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here and would happily come back myself (maybe without the beers next time!).”

“Just visited during my break for a quick special fried rice and was shocked it only cost £3.20 for a large one! To my surprise it was really good, full of meat and very tasty. I will definitely visit again, thank you! UPDATE I popped in again and tried the King prawns with mushrooms only £4.20 and fantastic really tasty prawns, wish this place was close to where I live!”

“Been getting our takeaways from here for ages now and have never had a bad one. They are always friendly and helpful and the food is always hot and delicious. I like it because it isn't greasy like some others we've had. Delivery is usually quite quick although sometimes it can be hard to get through on the phone during busier times. You can also go & collect or just pop into the shop and wait. Would thoroughly recommend the Oriental Wok.”
