"we have many times bought food at this restaurant - mostly duck - and it has always been very good but last time we ordered the duck, we were disappointed as there was quite a lot of fatty pieces - today we again ordered the duck and was very disappointed as it was all fat and greasy, for us it was not edible, there was no meat - so had to go in the bin and we had to the order elsewhere. I do not know what has happened to the restaurant as in our opinion it has gone downhill over the last few months. I have been calling the restaurant but unable to get an answer, as i wanted to inform them and get a full refund but as I was not able to contact them, I write on here instead. I am also contacting my card company for them to claim the money back for me."
