From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!”

They made everything so straightforward, from the planning, through to delivery and overseeing the installation. We found the cost very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the units and doors. We had quotes from a large well-known kitchen supplier and also another local company and LKC managed to beat both quotes and I’m certain our kitchen is a far better product. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending London Kitchen Consultants to friends as I couldn’t imagine you would get a better service and product anywhere else. Thank you Agata and Dale.”

To say we were tired is an understatement. Rachel, tailored our day with some walking and a ton of history. This lady knows London inside and out! I really wanted to see Abbey Road. She even snapped some pictures of us in the crosswalk. We also had Sunday Roast in a little pub. The perfect end to a great trip.”

The coffee drinks are excellent, they rival any of the great independent coffee shops in central London. The best thing about this place is the way it feels. It’s only little (as the name says) but it has a warm, lovely, homey, authentic vibe. (In normal times) there’s always a rotating crowd of people at the tables inside and outside, chatting and enjoying their neighborhood. When I moved to the area I found it hard to get know people but I always felt welcome here, wound up meeting the owners and lots of other patrons and got to learn a little more about the area thanks to the owners’ commitment to engaging with the wider community. Although they have been delivery only for the Covid period the tasty treats and warm vibes are still present. I can’t wait to be back in the shop again soon!”

I was the only customer in and me and the owner Ken spent the whole time chatting, mostly about photography. Many of his are on the walls, along with several other photographers. There's also a lot of music instruments hanging on the walls and ceiling, Mozart-themed chocolates and other gifts (as the name might suggest) imported from Vienna, classical music playing. Overally a nice interesting place to sit and while away some time taking in the overall ambience.”

They stayed open until we had said “yes” to the dress! They are both a credit to your company!”

Stella arrived on time and with all of her equipment. She started off with face painting and which was cool and the designs were excellent. She then started the party with a magic show, a story, pass the parcel and balloon making. With music of course. All of the kids were very hungry afterwards which was a good sign. Stella did everything with a good heart and she genuinely puts in a lot of effort in what she does. Thank you for making our daughters 4th birthday party memorable!”

I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Totland really can source and order any brand or item you are looking for and the service and price are fantastic! Highly recommend - support local who really care about their livelihood and customers unlike the big stores!!”
