“Had a great tour around Fleet Street, really informative and Matt was brilliant in telling us great facts and showing me a different part of London, my favourite bit was the fountain in the barasters quarter, areas which were tiny pieces of quiet, peace and calmness. We booked as a group and our organiser has promised us a few new tours in the future! I'm up for the Black death one!!!”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

This was her first time away from home for a long period of time, and she happily settled into her suite with no trouble at all. With constant updates and pictures, my mind was put at ease, which helped me enjoy my holiday and not worry about her. Especially Mariana, whose customer service was truly world class. He was very patient and did not rush me and this saved me a couple of pounds which lam grateful for. “I took my mother here for an afternoon dessert and a drink at their bar. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming and the food was amazing. We had a brief tour of the restaurant area and the hotel and the attention to detail displayed around the place is incredible. I just want to give a thank you to Tadeas for making my mothers birthday special.”

“Fabulous place, don't know why we haven't stayed before. Room was immaculate and large. The secondary glazing meant we couldn't hear any road noise so even though we were in the middle of the village we had a very sound night sleep. No parking on site but the station car park is about 30 seconds walk away and only 1.50 for the day so absolutely no trouble. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating. They have organised discounts at local places which was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

“Great flat in a lovely street. The flat is beautifully decorated and has every amenity, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room, and bedroom. 5 minutes walk to the tube. Would definitely recommend, warm, and welcoming.”

“We would like to say a huge thank you to Mandy and everyone at the Elm Tree pet hotel who looked after our two poodles for us whilst we were away. We could see when we came to collect them that not only had they been exceptionally well cared for but that they were exceptionally happy and had clearly had the most wonderful holiday too! We cannot emphasise how wonderful Elm Tree is - we know that our dogs are in the best possible care, Mandy loves and looks after them as though they are her own and she is outstanding when it comes to understanding dogs and knowing how to manage them. They came back clean, having been washed and groomed there too, they had lots of exercise and plenty of play sessions. We would not go on holiday without our dogs if we could not leave them with Mandy at the Elm Tree Pet Hotel.”

“Lovely little hotel, very quaint but also professional. Rooms are absolutely gorgeous. Attentive service too! Location is literally around the corner from Hampton wick station and it's only 30 minutes on the train to Waterloo so you're not far from central London.”

“I was very pleased with Sanctums convenient location right next to Wellington hospital. It was the perfect place for my family and I to stay whil my mother was receiving treatment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. All in all, a great experience!”

With support and guidance from Luka and his team, Maggie has become a very happy and confident dog. She comes home pleasantly tired and content..and I'm a very pleased mum. “Definitely a nicer hotel than usual for us, but still very reasonable, especially for London. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful room, with lots of nice touches, even a rubber ducky for the bathtub. Perfect location right by the South Kensington tube stop. Great neighborhood with lots of bakeries (Gail's!!!) and eateries.”

“I stayed in a family room. The room was clean and there was a good cot for our baby. But the staff were the real standout. When our 3 year old was sick in the middle of the night, the staff were incredibly helpful providing towels, clean bedding very quickly.”

“Really niche boutique style hotel. Our suite was huge with everything you could need! Lovely free cocktail for both adults on arrival, shown to our room and explanations of suite given. Lovely friendly staff. Loved that we could open the glass doors onto the street and watch the world go by! Kids loved watching the horses trotting by regularly on the Sunday morning. Overall, a fab stay with great location. I left something at the hotel and they posted it back to me which was above and beyond! Really lovely stay.”
