After reading the reviews for crystal health we went with them for independent tests. Our results came just over a week after due to postal strikes and was infact negative as we expected originally. “My daughter has just left this nursery as it was to far from my home address and was a struggle to get to every day but I wanted to write a review to say the care she received there was outstanding, the setting is very well equipped and spotless, staff go above and beyond to provide good quality care and make the child feel welcome and safe. “All four of my children have attended Rangefield. Three of them still do. The school has improved significantly since Mr Ball took over as Head Teacher. The work that all the staff have put in place throughout the Pandemic has been amazing. Extremely supportive, the teachers are available all day via Teams to talk to the children. The younger children are also given some social time every day to talk to their friends who they are all missing. Big thank you to everyone for all the hard work especially staff in 2ZS, 4CR and 6DT.”

“I can't speak highly enough of Ladybird and their lovely staff. Our son was in the caterpillar room (for 6 months to 2 year-olds) through a very tumultuous 2020, and they were brilliant. He took a while to settle but the staff were always so caring, to him and us. They'd often call to let us know if he'd had a difficult time at drop-off, which was a big relief. He developed so much whilst there, and you could tell how much he loved his carers, and his new friends. As a new-ish parent, sending your little one away to spend all day with strangers is daunting, but you couldn't be in better hands with Ladybird. They became like an extended family, and we were so sad to leave when we moved house. We'll miss you all!”

From our first meeting, he everytime very carefully analysed my situation, read between the lines, asked those questions that are relevant to my case and revealed the true reason why I was suffering from it. At the same time, communicating with him is like when you communicate with a close friend with a cup of tea. This inspires me very much. I think he is a gifted person on what he does and he does it professionally. Thanks to him, for the first time in so many years, I did not experience dangerous manic episodes and a deep attack of depression, which I had every, every damn year! I cannot even believe it, can I finally live stable like all normal people, It turns out yes I can. WOW”
