“My first time visiting the service department of Skoda Citygate Watford. Was greeted by Nimo, what a lovely lady, really warm, welcoming and engaging. Knew exactly what was happening to the car and said that it wouldn’t take too long to be done. 90 minutes later I got the call to say it was all done and ready to be collected. On my return, another warm welcome and greeting and had a talk about my car and if I had any issues that you know we are just a phone call away. “I brought my daughter visited dentist, Dr Ilija who gives an excellent service and professionalism He so kind, professional, great sense of humour and understood the child. He asked my daughter "Do you want to keep the tooth for tooth fairy?" ^^ Bonnie and the nurse who help Dr Ilija both all very nice and professional too. “Great customer service from Bon who works in the backyard. I was looking for a product and there was no staff on the shop floor. I saw him near the entrance of the store room and asked his help. He tried his best to find the product but couldn’t locate it. I was about to leave the store and he came quickly and informed me that he found the product and took me where it was. He is a great example for great customer service and this rating is given purely for his service.Should have staff like him on the shop floor to help customers .”
