"Utter, utter waste of time. I rang urgently for some parts for a Land Cruiser, they said send an email. I sent an email, they never replied. I rang 12 times over the next 5 days, twice they picked up and said a colleague was working on it and would ring me back, the other 10 times they didn't answer the phone at all and never replied to any messages. For all I can tell they're not in business at all! A month later they have still never replied to me. In the end I went to KS-International and got the parts there the same day."

"Bought a set of brake calipers and brackets for my shogun about 3 weeks ago. The one caliper bracket was faulty so sent an email with pictures if problem, no reply so sent another email no reply again, then phoned them and was told they would look into it and contact me, still no response I am now in the process of contacting trading standards, appalling customer service"
