“Now if you like Sushi, this is where you have to go if your in the area. Small little place hidden around the corner from the castle, doesn’t seem big from the outside but as you head upstairs you find a cosy little restaurant buzzing with a relaxed vibe. The menu selection is impeccable and I can honestly say, this is the best Sushi I have had in a very, I mean very long time. Generous portions, super fresh, very tasty and brilliant staff. They do takeout too, but I prefer to eat in!”

“We hosted our Christmas party at Cigalon and it was a huge success. We had drinks first at Baranis followed by a 3 courses meal at the restaurant. Superb service and organisation. Everyone enjoyed the evening. The food was amazing.”

“Amazing, authentic Chinese food bursting with flavours and freshness. Probably the best Chinese resto I’ve ever tried in the UK. So underrated. Restaurants in Chinatown can’t compare. The meal I had with my husband was so comforting. The sweet corn soup was perfect and not diluted like most soups from Chinese takeaways. The salt and pepper squid was perfectly battered and packed with a symphony of spices. The Szechuan chicken was the main event. The combo of onions, peppercorns and dried chillies on top was show-stopping. The steamed rice was great, and everything went well with Tsingtao beer and oolong tea. Service was good as well. The waitresses were so attentive and polite. We will definitely be back, and we’ll bring our friends with us!”

If you are looking for a lunch time option would highly recommend this and I would say it is very reasonably priced with the quality provided.”

“Just starting a new job and was in search for some quality England made shoes. I made the right choice going into Cheaney. The difference in buying something online vs buying in store is the interaction and the experience from the latter! Marta at the shop showed me how to put on a pair of Chelsea boots properly - very useful advice indeed! I ended up buying a pair of black monk shoes for work, which got delivered to me and they are simply perfect! Will go back for the boots at some point. “An informative and enjoyable museum full of London’s rich history of transportation. It took a little over an hour to go through everything and it was great. They have some actual historical vehicles in the museum and you really gain an appreciation for the evolution of how we got to where we are today. The staff was also great, with the lady making sure we only bought the cheaper ticket relevant to tourists.”

I asked lots of questions about the menu and the waiter was really helpful. I'm glad I did as I had a great meal. Be careful don't have too big a starter as the main meal was plentiful. Now I will be eating at my local Turkish restaurant on Canvey.”
