The decor is beautiful and very stylish and colourful. The upstairs Isabella room is very nice and perfect for a private function. I highly recommend this place.”

“Customer service is excellent. There was a lovely lady working there! I ordered an iced matcha latte and jasmine tea. The matcha latte was not sickly sweet and it was just right like the Japanese way. One lady even gave me a free complimentary biscuit. If you are fan of japanese drinks I would HIGHLY recommend. One of the best and you won't regret it :)”

“The Refuel Bar & Restaurant is a delightful place to have a drink or meal with friends, before a show or cocktail before moving on elsewhere. We were looking for a place away from the Soho crowds and having called them within five minutes we had a table for 6. The cocktails were lovely, well presented and very tasty. The staff were respectful and excellent in service. The design of the bar and surrounding area is elegantly thought out and the imagery behind the bar is awesome. Highly recommended – a little hidden gem in Soho, close to bars, China Town and theatres.”

“New Years Eve afternoon. Party of six looking for somewhere suitable. Was greeted at One Kew Road by a lovely helpful lad, soon joined by Rachel. Rachel is a true gem. Her service was exceptional. We were so impressed how relaxed and capable she was. She gave us all an afternoon to remember. Compliments to the chef, food fantastic, good wines and beer selection. We shall all be back. “We’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always consistent. Lovely food as always using fresh produce. Tonight I had the tagliatelle after seeing their beautiful fresh porcini. Pasta was homemade, perfectly al dente with ceps, porcini and truffle paste. I would happily eat another portion. Wonderful friendly service from Martina and the team.”
