"New Years Eve afternoon. Party of six looking for somewhere suitable. Was greeted at One Kew Road by a lovely helpful lad, soon joined by Rachel. Rachel is a true gem. Her service was exceptional. We were so impressed how relaxed and capable she was. She gave us all an afternoon to remember. Compliments to the chef, food fantastic, good wines and beer selection. We shall all be back. Thanks to Rachel and her team."

"I walk past this place 3-4 times a week as it is right opposite Richmond Station, and yet never been until now. I was very pleasantly surprised; food was good, atmosphere was good. Feel bad about dropping a star, but like lots of other pubs/restaurants they clearly struggle to get good staff; service was ok, but not great. That said, it didn't stop us from returning for drinks after our event at Richmond theatre. Glad I found it, and will go back again. Hopefully the staff will have had a bit more training and a bit more experience by then."

"Was here today and glad to see they were open. Both inside and outside is very well decorated. Staff was excellent and dealt very well with a particularly difficult customer prior to my order. The menu is very well put together with a good selection. My starter was excellent and I really enjoyed it however my main of fish and chips left me disappointed. Otherwise the facilities were good. Toilets and WiFi available."
