“Friendly, helpful staff who obviously love their animals. Has a good range of dog and cat food, treats and accessories. Seem to also have a good range of small animal stuff as well as some live animals who (from what you can see in store) seem to be well cared for. Usually have some good deals on as well as regular money off vouchers for members.”

“I took my cat Max after he was hit by a speeding car unfortunately my regular vet was closed but I took him here. Despite their best efforts he passed away. The vet Darren and the receptionist Liz were very helpful in keeping me updated with his condition explaining everything to me. Even when it was time for him to go I was treated with up most compassion and he was treated with the up most care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this vets.”

“Lovely kind staff. Were very understanding when I was tearful and didnt want my cat to have tests without me with her. I peeped in the window and saw the nurse stroking my cat which made me happy. They listened properly and were friendly but knowlegeable and professional too. Very helpful on fees as well. Nice spacious room so we could keep the cay away from dogs that would scare her and also not have to sit close to other people (with bugs!) Highly recommend!”

Never feel rushed and, given the costs of obtaining the ongoing medication our dog needs, they offered to give us a private prescription so that we can buy the meds on the internet for half the cost. “Had my Cavalier King Charles first grooming session with this lady, she is brilliant with your dog and she loves them too, she tells you what needs doing and what is best for your dog. Would definitely recommend and ill shall be using her everytine I need my boy groomed.”
