“I highly recommend Dr Ismail!!!! I was having pain from a bottom wisdom tooth for a month, finally the pain was unbearable and painkillers useless I got an emergency appointment same day. I had a large hole on both the front and back of the tooth that was deep and was close to the nerve. They thought it would require surgery as could crumble and was very confident that it could be done in the surgery. “Hello, my name is Susan. I attended the Dental Practice last Thursday for the first time. I had an appointment with the Dental Hygienist for a cleaning. A Descaling and Air Flow Polish cleaning. The name of the Hygienist was Hemita and the Nurse Armando. Well, they were both fantastic. Hemita got my teeth 100% clean. It was the best teeth and gum cleaning I have ever got. Not only that, but Hemita throughly explained about gum disease, how to maintain my oral hygiene at home,and advised me on the Dental brushes, and toothbrush that I should also be using. In addition to that she also gave me some free Dental brushes, which were the correct size for my teeth. Normally when I have the descaling with the electric descaler, I find it really terrible, because my teeth are really sensitive. But this time, I didn't feel any sensitivity at all. Because I was nervous, the Nurse Armando said I could hold his hand. Both Hemita and Armando, had a lovely reassuring manner, that made me feel relaxed and calm. Like I said they were both fantastic. The best Dental cleaning ever, both excellent and professionally. I will be going back every 3 months, it is money well spent. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Before I finish. I want to say that the Receptionist, her name was Ramona had a lovely manner as well. Extremely helpful and friendly. From my experience this is an excellent Dental Practice.”
