I'm over an hours drive away from AmD Woking, but I won't be taking my car anywhere else, a calm measured and correct approach to diagnosing and fixing the problem. Superb”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went to them to map my Rally Subaru Impreza WRX ahead of an event this weekend and there were issues with the new turbo that had been fitted. Both Neil and his team mate, worked from 12 when the issue was found, until 8 pm that evening without a break. They loaned me a replacement turbo, replaced the turbo and remapped the car again so that i could make the event this weekend. I expected that come 5:30 or 6pm latest that they would have shut the shop and asked me to come back the next day...I was totally taken aback at their dedication to getting it in shape so i could race it. I have used them on 3 seperate occassions over a 15 year period and i would highly recommend them as a business and will without doubt use them again. Straight talkers, professional, clean and tidy workshop. Cannot recommend enough.”

“I am very delighted to report - that Max of All Class Mercedes Ltd carried out a superb job in replacing our mercedes rear corroded axel. We contacted All Class Mercedes Ltd at short notice late November 2021 because other garages in London were busy - but more importantly were quoting very high prices for the repair - a mercedes approved garage was quoting almost 3 times the cost - with parts having to come from Germany. All Class Mercedes Ltd carried the repairs in less than 2 days and provided progress photos throughout. In addition to advising on other ware and tear elements they kindly carried minor repairs - door alignments free of charge. Admittedly we were very concerned about the reviews we read before engaging All Class Mercedes Ltd and almost backed out - but speaking to Max - I can only say he came across as genuinely helpful and it was a chance we took without regret. I strongly recommend their professional service.”

“Don't normally write reviews but this garage seems to get very harsh ratings compared to my experience with them and they seem to be from problematic customers rather than genuine experiences, so would like to provide a bit of balance. I had an engine light displaying a turbo issue on my VW last June, I'd just bought the car so was very worried I'd been ripped off by the private seller. Dollis Hill Garage managed to diagnose, get the part required and fix it within the day, as well as giving the engine a steam clean and washing the car for a very reasonable price. They called me throughout the day to keep me updated, and I could tell by the tone of voice they were enjoying fixing the car and doing a really good job at it. Very refreshing to hear. The car then recently developed a very concerning grinding noise (high mileage so feared the worst- transmission, gearbox, etc) and was overdue a service. I brought it in yesterday and they were again able to diagnose and fix the problem (turns out an engine mount bolt had sheared and the engine was vibrating against the underside of the engine bay!) as well as completing a major service within the day; again for a very reasonable price. They kept me updated and cleaned the car as usual which is a really nice touch. You can just tell they know what they're doing and take pride in their work, and are a very reassuring and reliable garage to leave your car at. I also got the MOT done here and flew through. Costs more than the likes of Kwik fit and Halfords but they won't fail it on suspension boots no longer preventing ingress of dust or other dodgy reasons!”

“After having a small non fault dink pre christmas my insurers arranged Grover to carry out the works. I was kept upto date with the progression and my car was ready on the estimated date. I will like to add that i'm very fussy about my car. Usually i will do all the work myself but my insurer advised it was the best thing to do right now to get moving again. Front bumper, right front wing and all the gubbins replaced and everything is spot on. All in all a very happy customer here.”
