"Complete bunch of scam artists, especially the old man in reception. As the other reviews state, they will make your car worse off and then tell you to use them to fix it, buy the parts etc. Otherwise, they will threaten you by saying you will be driving "illegally" in his words, which puts pressure on you to sort it out there and then. It's places like this that really put me off taking my car to garages in the first place. Took advantage of me being a female and thinks I don't know about cars, place should be shut down!!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I really would. I dropped my car there first thing in the morning after calling prior to ensure they could provide the service I needed, they assured me they could. The staff were the rude when I arrived and didn’t seem to know what they doing, they told me I could collect later that day. 5pm rolled around and they had “forgot” my car was even there, I was assured they would get straight to it. After more than 24hours and multiple times chasing they finally told us that they couldn’t do what we needed and had completely wasted all of our time."

"I wish we could give zero star. We use them for the first time for a full service last month which I don’t think was ever done but they took our money and gave us our car back with our brakes not working when it was in perfect condition when we handed in for the service. We cannot believe how they could hand us back our car with faulty breaks and let us drive away with it knowing full well how dangerous it was. When my husband questioned the manager he wouldn’t accept anything and he said it would cost this much to put it right. We took it to another garage and they repair it for us and it wasn’t not anything what the manager at Big M said. Please DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE AS ONCE YOU TAKE YOUR CAR GUARANTEE SOMETHING MAJOR WILL GO WRONG."
