"I called Charge N Start to receive assistance with an electrical fault but was advised to speak to another car specialist, and once I called again to ask if they could assist as it was an electrical issue, the receptionist told me that they would not work with my vehicle. I received very poor customer service on the phone, was left feeling very upset. The person on the phone was very short and abrupt with a rude attitude towards me, the customer. She then hung up on me - highly unprofessional. Do not recommend."
