Our host Terry was very informative and incredibly patient answering all of the children’s questions (and there were a lot of questions). The children were able to hold a Guinea pig and Terry made them feel comfortable whilst doing so. We all had a brilliant evening. Thank you Terry.”

“I’ve been coming to this dentist for 30yrs. I moved away from the area 5yrs ago but have stayed with Fourways because of their second to none approach to clients such as me whom are petrified of the dentist. I have always been respected and treated so well without judgement just complete acceptance and understanding of my anxiety. Dentist has recently been purchased by new owners and this was my second visit - yes I think I’m staying - I was treated with the same respect and empathy .”

The dentists are obviously very knowledgable - being a GP myself, I know how important patient satisfaction is, and this is obviously something they take seriously. I am a nervous patient, however I am always made to feel at ease. Definitely a place to go for top quality service and attention to detail.”

“My family has been going to Essence Dental since they opened and we've always been very happy with the services provided. Satvir and the rest of the staff are always professional and friendly, the clinic is always spotlessly clean, and the reception team have always managed to arrange an appointment when we really needed one. We've had check-ups, hygenist visits, tooth extractions, bridges and braces, and in all cases, we were treated with kindness and care. Their Covid-19 precautions are thorough and very reassuring.”

“I have NOT been to a dentist in years due to fear from past experience , After putting up with a serve toothache this dentist was only minutes away from were i live i thought i would give it go. All i can say is if you are nerves person and decide dentist are not for you, then please try these. They made me feel at ease with out ANY pressure . I would highly recommend this practice. The lady i saw and her assistant was so much help and made me feel at ease. They are there every step of the way with you, and explain everything they are doing before they do it. If you are not happy with what they going do they will stop. One of the best Dentist i have seen in a long time. If you are a nervous person these are the people to over come that. Highly recommend by a highly nervous patient. Please try them for me they are the best.”

“Brilliant NHS Sevices by the NELFT including Community Podiatry Services, Phlebotomy (Blood Test), Tissue Viability Service and Physiotherapy. Have been using this service for more than 5 years and very happy with it! Reception & Booking Team and Clinicians are very friendly and professional! Excellent service! Even though this centre does have GP Surgeries but these are outside of NELFT. Many reviews being left here are for GP Surgery which, I believe, doesn't reflect the overall service!”

“From first greeting on door by Paul through reception to the nursing staff and doctor then the lady who offered me a drink after surgery were caring supportive and charming, all there to calm and reassure, and advised on the next step, once back in reception I started to cough and the receptionist jumped up came to me to check I was ok got me water, and the experience in theatre with the doctor and staff was so calm and soooooquick thank you”
