"I gave my repeat prescription in on Friday. Told to collect Tuesday (today). And they haven't a clue what I'm talking about and ask me to shout across the shop in front of other people what my prescription is! Are you aware of data protection laws?! Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone!! Shockingly unprofessional and their attitudes were highly inconsiderate and unnecessary. Never use them, ever!!"
