All food was hot and delicious. They even gave us a free Birthday cake and candle for my Partner's birthday. We will definitely be back again very soon. Loved it :)”

“We usually are not fans of dining at restaurants closse to transportation centers, but we were fortunate to find the Indian Lounge while in London! The menu is extensive, the food expertly prepared (moist chicken especially!) wonderful flavors and excellent-friendly service. Can't wait to return.”

“French charm, exquisite cuisine, great service. It feels almost like a time travel. It takes you to good old times, somewhere in Paris. The noise of the city is left outside. Nice and cozy interior. Attentive staff. Top quality French cuisine. Feels very authentic. They do Canard de Rouen a la Presse, which is quite rare these days. I had their signature Simmenthal beef tartare. It is skillfully prepared at the table. We had it medium spicy and it was out of this world. The taste, the texture is just a perfection. I also ordered Agneau en Croûte or Lamb Wellington which was an absolute delight. Another dish mastered to a perfection. At one moment I had an illusion of being a jury member at the French cuisine competition and served with a champion dish. Wine list is well balanced and I liked it had some fine half-bottles as well. The only remark I have is for the plateau de fromages. I wish the selection of cheese could be even better. My strong recommendation for anyone looking for an old fashioned small French restaurant in London. And sincere thanks to the team.”

“Oh my goodness… best kept secret in Lakeside!!!! Had the most delightful lunch today here and was absolutely blown away! Had a gorgeous ham hock and cheese toasty, really fresh side salad plus crisps - everything so delicious and such quality for just £4. Wonderful coffee too. “Lovely food and great service, Three of us went and we paid separately. Two of us paid using the QR code on the table and one at the till. At the till a blue light card was accepted but on the app for blue light card it doesn't show Nando's as having a discount code so two of us paid full price. On realising that they do in fact accept blue light card I asked if we could get a refund. The manager was amazing and he refunded the discount for both of us who ordered using the QR code. Great service, he was pretty good looking too which made it an even more pleasurably lunch ;-)”

“Took my family to this restaurant and I have always had a pleasant experience. Just wanted to take a moment to make sure the team were recognised for looking after my daughter. Sadly it is recognisable she has a feeding tube and no hair that she is going through chemo. But they made a table available, offered to pay for dinner which I declined but they insisted on a desert which was gratefully received. Lovely team and super leadership. Thank you for helping.”

“I have been here now on a number of occasions, and the food is always amazing. They have a wide range of dishes, some of which I had not seen previously. Everything that i have tried has been delicious! The waiting staff are friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. One thing to note is that they do not have a licence, so you need to bring your own alcohol. This is not a problem as there is a Tesco next door to the restaurant. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a decent, friendly Indian restaurant in the area.”

“I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, it was quiet and plenty of space to put belongings. The room included towels and a hairdryer, as well as the hotel's own shower gel and shampoo, which was handy. The hotel provides you two hotel keys, even though I travelled alone, this was helpful. The card with keys was a voucher for a free complimentary drink at the bar, which was a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly, nice and quiet hotel, and offered a breakfast buffet, too pricey for me, so I opted out. The hotel is situated close to shops and bars and restaurants. Would definitely uyse again.”

“Had afternoon tea here with my wife as I have never had this myself so my wife thought it be nice to take me here also we have been here several times to her work Christmas Parties over the years great venue for parties and was great sandwiches and cakes was lovely to sit outside not stayed in the rooms so can't rate them but by the quality services and food and having been there a number of times I should imagine they are nice also.
