"Staff rude, and put out the momement we walked in, very dirty restaurant, sticky table food, napkins, and sauce, all over the floor, with no-one making any attempt to clean anything up. Stood at the bar waiting to order for about three minutes before being acknowledged. Toilet stank, music really quite, so all we could hear was constant clamour of noisy kids. Food passable, but just a horrible place to eat it. Been to probably 10+ Nandos. This is by far the worst one we have ever been to!! Never ever going here again. Gives the chain a really really bad name."

"Took my family to this restaurant and I have always had a pleasant experience. Just wanted to take a moment to make sure the team were recognised for looking after my daughter. Sadly it is recognisable she has a feeding tube and no hair that she is going through chemo. But they made a table available, offered to pay for dinner which I declined but they insisted on a desert which was gratefully received. Lovely team and super leadership. Thank you for helping."

"Possibly the worst Nando's I have ever been to. Stay away from this place! Don't waste your money The smell was disgusting, it was so bad I couldn't even eat. I wonder if they ever cleaned that place! The glasses smelled so bad, I couldn't even drink water. Even the coke was disgusting. The food was horrible, it didn't even look like Nando's! The wrap was super cold, the food was tasteless, and it looked like the ingredients were gone bad. Usually they give you Perinaise in a sealed package, but for the first time they gave it to us in an already opened one. There was barely any inside! Unbelievable. I also felt so sick after my visit, which was inevitable given the quality of the food. Do they even do quality checks? So many customers were complaining, so clearly there's something wrong with this place! Very disappointed"

"Very disappointed with this Nando’s. Worst Nando’s Iv ever been to. The food was absolutely disgusting!!! the lettuce was mouldy and also the corn was mouldy.my grilled chicken was swimming in water the bun was half soggy and the other rock solid. see the attached photos.I will never go to this dump again they need to learn food quality checks"
