"So disappointed! This is my second large purchase from Natuzzi my first was from Manchester, but this time I bought from Lakeside. The product is amazing however when something goes wrong the customer service is dreadful! They do not ring you back, They do not respond to emails, They do not do what they promise. I then had to threaten to go into the showroom and suddenly I have an engineer at my house sorting out the problem. However he said he would return with spares to complete the repair and yes you guessed it.. Radio Silence! I have recently contacted Lakeside again and no response again. Dreadful! Great product but its expensive so you expect the service to go with it, with Natuzzi Lakeside you simply do not get it! I would not recommend buying from them."
