“Lovely food and atmosphere. Good service and great food presentation. The first time we tried chicken, this time, the whole squid for starter and salmon trio as the main course. So delicious. Baklava was fresh. We will come back.”
The Partridge, Bromley
“If you are from out of town and want that REAL British food this is the place. Mushy peas, Fish and Chips, and local selections of beer. This is a pub so just expect to do things the way you would at a pub. The staff was nice to us out of towners. Good location and decent price.”
The Barrel & Horn, Bromley
“Very nice atmosphere, friendly served. Delicious food and in good portions. Everything I've tasted was full of flavour, congratulations to the chef! Several cool areas for different groups of families or friends and couples or the bar for solo. I would come back for sure. Fully recommend this place.”

“I visited here with a friend and we had such a nice catch up. We had such a warm and friendly welcome making us feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a Beef Roast and it was perfect, the veggies were super yummy! I 100% recommend and will be returning! Staff here are fantastic!”
Ganesha restaurant Bromley
“Always really friendly as long as your engaging and curious about the food and having little knowledge helps a lot this type of work is very very difficult and can sometimes leave you feeling short and stressed but I always try to smile and that helps a lot on every occasion that I’ve been here the ladies have always given me free samples of different dishes ,being in the food industry is always subjective and you are never going to please everyone especially the professionalism complainers”complaint about the chef banging cooking pots ?” Cmon man that kind of stuff is charming and a happy chef makes happy food ?,food here is wonderful and authentic and I’ve visited south India over 20 times it’s also a reasonable price when the price of everything is being increased massively I feel very lucky to have this place so close and I bet lots of other people feel the same !all the best for the future and I’ll see you soon ! Lots of love and success!!”
Grillo’s Bromley
“Great service was told was going to be 20 min wait but turned into a 10 min wait when the owner realised we didn’t want to wait, this is what it is all about, thanks”

Veen Restaurant
“Amazing location, just opposite Bromley south station! Staff were very friendly, generous and caring! Food was phenomenal, portion sizes were very generous ! Very luxurious and atmospheric inside, feels like a very expensive restaurant but all the prices are very good and reasonable for what portions you get! Music was good, not too loud, so we could still talk amongst ourselves, We went on their opening day and for their first day it was a very good experience, I would for sure recommend this place to anyone! I’ll for sure be back again, not once, not twice but many times in the near future!”
El Molino Restaurant
“Brilliant service. Great atmosphere and the food was as good as I had in Malaga. Derek”
Tugra Restaurant
“Amazing food. They make you feel like family. We go there every Saturday always a lovely welcome we love going there best Turkish restaurant won't go anywhere else”
Blue Harbour London
“Amazed by this find in the centre of Bromley. I always feel like it’s quite difficult to find a good fresh fish restaurant in London and surroundings: they all tend to deep fry everything and that’s annoying. The Blue Harbour offers a good selection of sea delicacy, big enough portions and a lovely service from the staff. We had a warm welcome as soon as we crossed the door and it didn’t stop until we left. The menu offers a good selection of fish as well as shellfish and seafood with an add on of steak for those who also can’t give up meat! Admirable selection of wines too. Overall it’s a bit pricy, however considering the quality of the food and it’s freshness I do think it’s fair. I will definitely recommend this restaurant and come back for the halibut!!”
The Two Doves
“Really friendly, traditional pub with excellent choice of beers (including Beavertown Neck Oil) and wines plus top pizzas. Lovely garden. Super staff. Highly recommended.”
The White Horse
“Love this pub, landlord and staff so inviting, fab atmosphere never have a bad night in here”
The Oak
“Very pleasantly surprised by this place. The roast was one of the best I have had in a long while and such good value for money. And the service was fantastic - we had our kids with us and it all felt very relaxed. We will definitely be coming back!!”
The Crown
“Edit August 2022 - five stars. I have visited the pub 6 times and have found the service and food pretty consistent, from the first day of opening to some of their most busiest times in the evenings and sunny days. They do roast dinners very well, the condiments are as good as the food and I suspect they are freshly made on site - horseradish had enough burn, mint sauce tastes fresh etc. There is a good selection of draught, as well as soft drinks. The luscombe brand is well worth trying as a non-alcoholic drink. Soda water is also available by the pint which is good to see. As a vegetarian option (can't remember if they are vegan), the allotment salad is tasty and available as main or small plate. I have had it twice and the leaves have always been fresh. If you don't like much dressing I'd recommend asking for it on the side, however it is the right amount for me. I did prefer the salad to the veggie haggis pie as I felt the flavours didn't blend as well with the rest of the filling. If you enjoy meat options, I would definitely recommend the chicken pie as a hearty option. A nice salad option would be the sticky beef salad, although I would recommend taking it as a smaller portion than the large main. The steak frites was delicious, very well cooked, a tasty steak and you definitely can taste is a higher quality cut. If it is a Sunday, definitely try out the roast dinners, you won't be disappointed. I have tried two of the desserts, a morello cherry sundae (with popping candy) and the dairy free Belgium waffle dessert. I think that both were equally good. The cocktails are great, I also enjoy the hot drinks too. If you are looking to visit in busier times, I would definitely recommend booking. The managers and staff are friendly and hardworking, this pub is definitely a welcome treat for the local area. I'd say, to get this review to 5 stars, it will just come with time as we know the hospitality industry in under pressure and novice staff are undergoing training, which can be more complex than it looks.”
Churchill Theatre
“Another Christmas Panto with the family. Great show, friendly staff. Accessible for all, different types if shows to include everyone and even relaxed performances. A great family trip.”
The Greyhound
“Went for lunch here today with family and it was great. Food, drinks and friendly service, all superb. I especially liked that the veg with my pie were cooked beautifully (ie, not overcooked as is too often found in pubs). Top marks.”
Chaplin’s Café
“Absolutely fantastic full English breakfast. Stuffed and very happy, and the people running this cafe are lovely and friendly. Give them a try, you won't regret it.”
The Chancery
“The Sunday roast is fabulous. I had the veggie option and my partner had roast beef. Both were ample portions and very, very tasty. Staff can’t do enough for you and Lauren the manager is so welcoming and makes everyone feel like a regular. It’s a great example of a traditional pub.”
Metropolis Karaoke Bar
“The best ever bar and karaoke. my husband and our friends love singing and this bar is perfect. Excellent Highly recommended”
Texas Jacks
“Fantastic! Decided to go out for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon, and wanted to stay local. I ordered a lunchtime cheeseburger special, and my partner ordered a steak. Both delicious and cooked to perfection. Jack himself served us and is an extremely welcoming and personable guy. Cannot fault anything!”
Tamasha
“We have been going to Tamasha regularly (every Valentine’s Day dinner precisely) since 7 years. Yesterday, we decided to try their non veg thali and I absolutely loved it. It’s worth the price and the portions are good. I’m definitely not a thali person (as I can never finish one) but if you are near Bromley and looking to eat proper Indian food, please try tamasha, I promise you won’t be disappointed.”
Prince Frederick
“Lovely little community pub friendly staff and customers, good service, good price dog friendly small garden at the back and your always made welcome every visit.”
