The staff are so warm and welcoming at drop off, and I feel completely comfortable seeing him off at the door (due to Covid). The staff make parents feel as involved as they can given restrictions. My son has really grown in confidence in a short time. Highly recommend!”

“A Covid test will never be as pleasant as a massage. The best we can hope for is that it's not any more unpleasant than absolutely necessary. I had booked the 12 hour fit-to-fly PCR test, was served at the time booked, given the choice to self-test under supervision or have the staff do it, and staff were very polite throughout - nothing to complain here. The result arrived after less than six hours - very happy with that. In an ideal world, I would never do a Covid test again, but in the real world, if I need one in the future, I'm likely to use the same service.”

Service levels were maintained post our purchase decision and they remained very patient as we had numerous visit requests from tradespeople prior to completion which I have no doubt were burdensome to them. They behave how we should all expect Estate Agents to behave, unlike a number of others we have had experience of and which share the same high street.....”

“Although I did not buy anything today that's not because I did not like anything. It's because I could not justify buying more footwear and considering where I could store additional footwear! Always find good quality and stylish shoes here. Pricey but you know you are getting quality here and not the deteriorating quality of other high street brands such as Clark's and others. I guess the old adage is true that you get what you pay for. My favourite formal shoes are from here and some 12 years old. Still perfectly good for use though!”

I had a very big roofing job recently (over 300sq mtr to re-tile) and it all went smooth thanks to the guys. Yard guys are always on hand and friendly, nothing seems to be a problem for them. There is also free pallet scheme that they run - at the front fence every day you can find different pallets ready to be collected without a charge.”

“Really helpful. I needed shoes for my wedding, was buying a very expensive £280 pair but they didn't have my colour in my size. I was flying out in five days time. I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store. They got various stores to send in three... Arrived in time, first pair was spotless as they should be.”

“Fantastic company. Myself and my partner had hair strand tests done by lextox. We don't drink nor do we take drugs but both came back as testing positive for cocaine. After reading the reviews for crystal health we went with them for independent tests. Our results came just over a week after due to postal strikes and was infact negative as we expected originally.
