“Wow what a great experience, the staff were fantastic in both the game and behind the bar in the relaxation room. My wife bought this for my birthday back in Jan and booked it for her birthday (Nov). We just went as a couple but they paired us up with another couple which was great as I think 4 people was required to complete the rooms in enough time. (Although I'm sure there are couples who may have won on their own). The fact we completed the challenges with 1 min 30 secs remaining on our 60 min timeslot may have helped us enjoy the experience all the more.”

“We were greeted and made comfortable by a Mr James number 2, who gave us a lovely friendly introduction and guided us through the briefing process. We then went on to play outbreak origins and another zombie game which were great fun, with guidance from James throughout the experience and was a great time for both gamers and non gamers and all ages. “WOW its not your typical Eastend Hotel. The service was second to none. The staff were all very well dressed, friendly, courteous and very professional. We stayed in the executive suite which was just amazing, kitchenette was as big as a normal kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine then into the lounge/bedroom boasting really clean and extremely comfortable seating and bed loved the integrated wardrobe then lastly the best ensuite I have ever seen in London so guys and gals this is my must stay Eastend resort.”

“Where do I begin with Royal Berkshire Hotel? In summary, I had a birthday party organised for around 85 guests in December and it was a great decision to use them! I had a beautiful lady Le Tran support me every step of the way. She bent over back to make sure my event was organized to the way I wanted it. She was extremely polite, patient and she listened. Very important. Prior to using them, I was very nervous as I had been totally messed around with Denham Grove hotel. I'll review them later but my advice will be stay clear of Denhame Grove to avoid disappointment! Back to Royal Berkshire Hotel,  on the day, staff were available to ensure everything was a success. The FOOD was Amazing! All my guests were impressed by the flavor, quality and quantity. It tasted delicious. There was a young guy (i think Anthony) who was on ground with the manager in charge to help with ensuring my event room was arranged to how I wanted it. Thank you! The bedrooms were also beautiful. Everything about this little gem of a hotel made my day so easy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble and all the staff I met were helpful and friendly. My guests took over 20 rooms in the hotel and we were able to have breakfast together. Again, there was a good selection of breakfast options and staff were able to accomodate our party size and available to support. My guest were really impressed by the hotel and their service and will highly recommend for weddings and larger events. We met one of the morning Chef (Nicky) and it was lovely for myself and a couple of my guest to chat with her. Staff look like they enjoyed working there from those on reception to the waiters. We didn't feel any form of discrimination or hostility. If I need to, I will certainty use them again in the future and will certainly plan a mini break back there. Thank you!!!”

“Having defeated the French at Waterloo a grateful nation built this pub as a lasting memorial. Well worth a visit to pay pilgrimage. His boots are on display. All this history and great beer. Bootiful.”

“6th April 2022 we celebrated my daughters 5th birthday at jungle VIP Hounslow. Jungle VIP offer different birthday packages they accommodated 15 kids + extra on the day thr food a mixture of both qizza and nuggets chips cucumbers apples unlimited water and squash enough for all of the kids to try all of the food aswell as adults . The party host amazing sorry I couldn't remember her name well mannered beautiful Muslim lady who hosted the party kept it in order served the food led the happy birthday singing. Jungle VIP was also not too packed it felt like a private hire out kids had fun I wish they had 2 hours of play and 45-60mins to eating would definitely recommend having a birthday here . The facepainter I an additional to the birthday package very very talented and fast . Thankyou also for the free entry back to Jungle VIP we look forward to coming back thankyou all front desk chef etc very professional.”

“We ended up staying here last minute after a terrible experience with a different hotel that was so overpriced and dirty and disappointing we decided to cancel it on the spot. We then walked around looking for another hotel that had space. So glad we found this one. Really clean, modern rooms and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Victor for helping us with the initial check in and also for his help many times with any requests we had while traveling with a young baby. We only stayed one night but we'll be back if we ever need to stay in that area in London. The hotel is very convenient with many supermarkets, pubs cafes all within short walk. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff at merit - we had a really restful stay thanks to you all!”

“Absolutely brilliant day out… took my son (11) as he had an inset day and it was excellent. The rides were epic, Swarm was our favourite as it was so smooth but Stealth was incredible. We paid £66 for us two (with vouchers) and it was worth every penny. Can’t wait to revisit”

“Really good place for kids to spend time and play. 2 hours will go very fast for the kids. Haven't tried the cafe. Facilities are all clean. Anything beyond paly area you have to pay for any additional rides. Looking to go in summer for outdoor play area.”

“Really nice food. Ordered a feta salad which was lovely and fresh, children's meal was a good size and tasty. Also noted all the packaged biscuits ar free from wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts and eggs great for any allergies. Overall very impressed. The soft play is a good size and the children seemed to have lots of fun. Would recommend.”

“A mix of soft play and an indoor playground. My 20 month year old loved it, moreso the soft play as he is at a very active stage. The indoor playground I would highly recommend for crawlers. Their are lots of toys laying around and a large space to explore by crawling. Also very clean. You get a 3 hour time slot. Although the space is not so large, it is very engaging and kept my toddler entertained for the full 3 hours!”

“Great tiny little place. Trust me when I say tiny. Size of a one double and one single room. (Haven’t seen the terrace though) However lovely staff even though it seemed that they didn’t receive our reservation memo which I though was a bit strange and somewhat unorganised (maybe glitch in the system), they still gave us a table and treated us superb. The food was beautiful especially the chicken with sweet cabbage, that’s quite unusual taste for me yet absolutely beautiful. I was not impressed with the truffle chips, expected more there. Cocktails were nice, classics. And oysters with caviar very tasty. Overall satisfaction achieved although I’d expect to be more fed for the amount spent.”

“Me and a few of my friends came to play “School of magic” we loved the atmosphere, staff were extremely friendly and were always helpful if we got stuck on any of the puzzles. We all absolutely loved the way the room was set up and linked to Harry Potter. Would definitely recommend and will come again maybe to play a scarier game such as their “prisoner” game”

“First visit today to meet a friend for breakfast. They have a nice selection of breakfast options on the menu all freshly cooked once ordered. The staff were very nice and we had a warm welcome when we arrived. The service was excellent and very attentive. The food was very good and generous portion sizes, You also get unlimited toast and preserves with your order though we couldn't eat too much of that as the main meal was so filling. It was reasonably priced too, there were 4 of us and it worked out at £9 per head when the bill came. Will certainly go again we had a nice visit and a good first experience.”

“Our office was booked in for an all day meeting and we used the Buckland Suite. Lovely airy room. Good location just inside main door on the right near Reception. Lovely hotel and surroundings. Lovely clean ladies toilets with great facilities and sofas to sit and rest on. Great selection of teas. Fabulous buffet lunch. Very friendly staff. Parking on site. Bus stops nearby and close to Galleria Shopping Centre and Parkway shops and restaurants.”
