Having bought my vehicle into two different garages (audi approved specialist & a friends garage) both failed to diagnose & rectify the headache. Feeling perplexed & deflated I thankfully then decided to reach out to MC Autos who subsequently investigated the matter, established the problem & resolved the issue. I was served by Jennifer who was extra-helpful - bringing me different ones to look at so I could compare against the old one I had with me. It was really nice to be looked after like that, for a trivial, £20 purchase. Very pleased and I hope her management let her know what a great job she's doing.”

Took back to Mercedes for its MOT, advised the above from halfords and it passed surprisingly! They saved me a fair bit of money so thank you!”

“Thumbs up from me for an impressive service, the guys at Hobbs are very knowledgeable and very helpful, had an MOT booked first thing Tuesday morning, checked car over Monday (nothing like leaving it to the last minute) and found an LED mirror indicator unit wasn't working, phoned Hobbs as there seemed to be variations of the product, but within minutes they had found the part, (genuine replacement , which was also around a third cheaper) ordered one and had in in the shop in a matter of hours, allowing me to collect it, fit it, and keep my MOT appointment.
