“Quirky little cafe-bar. Had a perfectly nice pot of tea and a really good pain chocolat. I was the only customer in and me and the owner Ken spent the whole time chatting, mostly about photography. Many of his are on the walls, along with several other photographers. There's also a lot of music instruments hanging on the walls and ceiling, Mozart-themed chocolates and other gifts (as the name might suggest) imported from Vienna, classical music playing. Overally a nice interesting place to sit and while away some time taking in the overall ambience.”

“Loved our experience at this Flat Iron. Came for lunch around 130pm and was sat quickly for a table of 2. Always nice to get the popcorn and tap water at the beginning. The steaks came quickly with our sides, and the food was great. Love the mushroom sauce here. Prices are great - standard for Flat Iron. The ice cream was salted caramel and honestly was better than most ice cream spots in city centre. Overall highly recommend”

“Ordered from here a couple of days ago and received amazing food in under 15 minutes which was all piping hot. Staff are all very pleasant and friendly especially Staff member Sam who took my order on the front counter who was very polite, hard working and gave me excellent customer service. “Our first pizza with them. Didn't even know they existed in Surbiton, but on the links and Google maps domino doesn't show but your competitor!! However, the delivery was very fast and the pizza was actually quite hot in temp and the Italian style base was amazing. “The shop never disappoints..especially when you cannot be bothered to go "no further"! Was great alternative during lockdown 1.0 and now they have a halal butchers inside. Very good cuts of seasoned and unseasonal meats. Lots of fruit and veg, inside and outside the shop. You can top on energy and cards. So hopefully you won't be disappointed.”

“Our hotel in three different occasions during our UK tour. Rooms are fine but the beds are on the narrow side, though. The included breakfast was great. Subway is five minutes away on foot (Central Line, North Acton), as well as two supermarkets, a Subway, Domino's and Papa John's restaurants. Not much else, though. Good value”

“Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
