"It's never going to be perfect every time. Based on years of ordering from this store I am very pleased overall. When I visit the store it is always clean and tidy. They do not place dirty oil on their pizzas also like other known brands."

"I always get excellent service from the Winchmore Hill branch. The pizzas arrive warmed through and well made. The delivery guy with the beard or moustache (and I think he wears glasses too) always offers service with a smile. I usually order food between the 12pm - 3pm and they've always been great."
"I Ordered two pizzas. They came warm and already gummy (this happened already a few times in the past). So, I then called to explain the situation which was acknowledged etc. I was told I I will be sent two fresh pizzas so all good. One hour later I had to remind them the pizzas haven't come yet. At the first attempt it took 25minutes in total and now? When I called again, a guy on the phone again confirmed my address and said the pizzas will be coming shortly. Really? Is this so hard to remember you just messed up and that it is your priority to resolve outstanding orders first? And to send the pizzas asap? You know to make up for the fact someone already paid and doesn't have the product 2hours after the original order time...and still waiting. A bunch of unprofessional "yeah cool" dudes."
