It is not possible to appricate whole group, but all our group of 23 members enjoyed the food and hospitality. We strongly recomand to our friends.”

They are now serving Chuck & Brisket, a small menu filled with the absolute best burgers I have tasted. Forget Dead Hippies from Meat Liquor, or Shake Shack. The cheeseburgers here are juicy, mouth-watering and the most delicious brioche meat sandwiches I'vehad in a very long time. The patties taste incredible and are so moist. I couldn't fault it and I was a little sad when it was over. Their skin-on fries transported me to my grandmother's kitchen, for me, a comfort food. I would absolutely come back here, and implore any newcomers and regulars to try their delightful menu, otherwise you would be doing yourself a disservice. You will not regret it.”

“Fabio’s is something special. He has the best coffee in the area - hands down. Even Nero doesn’t come close to the quality. Always a joy to see him. The cannoli are incredible. He’s been keeping me sustained for my training sessions for months now and I find myself detouring to his place to get a coffee. “The Carpenters Arms is a great pub that dates back to the old style beer houses. There's no other pub in Loughton that possesses that kind of style. It has more than ample outdoor seating for the present times during government regulations but to be inside the Carpenters Arms is something to look forward to. It has such a great character inside that most pubs do not possess. Well worth a visit.”

Table service impeccable. Hugely impressed. Piping hot food (and coffee) came quickly, fresh and with good quality ingredients, the breakfast was plentiful and was cooked to perfection. Eggs although "fried" on the menu were more like a beautifully steamed - almost poached egg consistency. Gorgeous. Hell, they even open the door for you on the way out. “Very nice fish and chips. Fresh every time. It is not often that we get a family take away. But when we do this is top of our list. Friendly staff as well. Someone has commented that is cash only. That may have been when they first opened. You can pay by card, no problem. Most of takeaway packaging is paper. Although still some polystyrene for the chips portion. I will mention to the staff next time I order. It would be nice to cut on plastic wherever possible.”
