"I have been using disposables for about 6 months now however decided to get my 1st ecig - I spoke with Kieran who was brilliant and gave me plenty of advice and left me to make my own informed choice. Placed an order online and completely forgetting about the royal mail strike Kieran phoned me and told me he has re-arranged the delivery via DHL for next day delivery. Cannot recommend this service enough, knowledgeable, helpful staff with a keen focus on customer service. Will definitely be using again"

Exceptionally patient with me when I had issues with my battery and coil (bought elsewhere) and even supplied me with a free machine that they held in store which they refused to take payment for. And, to cap it all off, when I was foolish enough to forget to take the charging cable with me, they even delivered it to my door, again. free of charge. Thank you !!!"
