The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. Everything was explained to me as we went through, and the procedure was over so quickly it took me by surprise. I had nothing to worry about and was really impressed by the whole service.”

She was by my side the whole time, holding my hand, we spoke the common language we have to overcome the claustrophobia and strong panic attack I have and I got on my first attempt a few days before the second (successful) attempt. If it was not DR.SHAH I would have died. I was very depressed but she saved me. Unlike the receptionists and some Nurse she's English they're very rude but I put up with their rudeness because I was going to see my DR SHAH .”
