I contacted by email about my recent order as i made a mistake with dates i went into panic mode. i got a quick response resuring me that they will get parcel sent out ASAP. Also one dress I ordered was no longer in Stock so they give me a refund. I have had regular updates about parcel being dispatched and out for delivery.
