“I wanted to buy a new desk chair that would relieve my back of aches. I knew I wanted to try one in person rather than buy from the internet. I recognised this would come at a premium. With the service from Back in Action, I am very happy to have shopped with them. This is old school customer service that you don't think exists anymore. Dave was happy for me negotiate prices knowing I was a student. I never felt pressurised. I had the time to try out all their different chairs and devices. My questions were answered. Solutions were explored. Dave also rang me during my wait for the delivery of the item whether I would be interested in an upgrade in their present stock for the same price. Communications are responded to promptly. Deliveries arrived on time without issue via DPD. Very happy to recommend their services as I write this sitting on my newly assembled chair.”

“My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting London. Small hotel which is amazing. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

“Perfect location, close to public transport, small Tesco, bank of Thames are nearby. Rooms were updated, spacious and clean and the small kitchen was a useful extra. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious. When we visit London we will stay here again.”

“One of my rare 5-star reviews :-P. Check-in: Uncomplicated, and pleasant, with Peter explaining facilities available. Room: Wow. Large, spacious (by London standards), clean, and clean modern decor. Small functional kitchenette with microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nespresso machine, tea, cookies, UHT milk. Bathroom equally spacious, with adjustable height shower (no rainfall shower, if that matters to you). Small settee at the end of the bedto stretch out and relax. Comfortable bed, with reading lights. Small table with chairs, for a quick bite to eat. Room relatively quiet, very little noise intrusion from outside, occasional noise from corridor, but all in all, pretty quiet. Facilities: Breakfast (7-11 weekdays) served at lobby lounge. Continental and simple; best to inspect prior to purchase to decide value for money. Lounge was clean and open to guests, with 24/7 coffee/tea available. Staff: Friendly throughout. Room wasn't serviced for 2 night stay, but that was OK with me. Location: A little bit of a walk from Underground or Overground station (15 mins brisk walk), but buses available. Lots to eat in the vicinity, looks like quite a thriving and mid-scale neighborhood. 10 mins brisk walk to the British Design Centre. (Minor) Grouses: No shower gel provided (but shampoo, tiny bar of soap and body lotion). More eco approach would be to provide dispensers for the above, rather than single use plastics. Detergent and sponge provided for kitchenette, but no dishcloth or disposable wipe (paper towels provided, though!) Summary: Modern, spacious, comfortable. Would stay again, in a shot!”

“Always comfortable rooms and great service at this very centrally located Premier Inn hub. Is located right next to West Brompton Station and only a short walk from Earl's Court so perfect for getting into the centre of London and anywhere across the city. Some lovely pubs opposite and close by and lots of places to eat in the area. We arrived early to ask to leave our bags and were told our room was ready, which was fantastic. We also needed some tickets printing and Aliah on the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent service and a good comfortable hotel for a short stay, if booked early then excellent value too, highly recommended.”

“Really cool place to stay! Staff were without exception friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everywhere was immaculate. My room was small and quirky but functional, and I had no issues with noise from the street or corridor. I would recommend, and would happily book again.”

“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. “The manager went above and beyond to help In the evening we were in the block he noticed I had a walking stick and my mobility was not great he asked if we would like a bath/shower mat for safety he went to reception and got us one every time he saw us he said hello he’s so very nice and as I said he went above and beyond what he had to The rooms are always clean and reception lady is so lovely we’ve stayed here 3 times. In 2022 now 2023 when ever we come we stay here as it’s such a lovely place. We eat breakfast at the block which is always very nice We love it here and recommend it it’s a 5* from us Janet Abraham and Lloyd king”

“The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again.”

“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“Situated near a metro station, in a quiet area, it's a really cost effective stay option. The girls dorm rooms are neat and the bathrooms are very clean. The have bunk beds, all the guests were very considerate of others, making sure not to disturb anyone. They have a kitchen downstairs where u can heat up food and socialize. I'd recommend opting for their breakfast option as it's really reasonably priced and they have amazing croissants. You can have toast and butter, cereals, fruit etc. Loved it!”

“The bar at the lobby of Hilton Tower Bridge became one of my favourite spots. It’s very comfortable and not crowded, and besides having a wide selection of drinks, they also serve food and prices won’t break the bank. It can be lovely to seat up and do some work while enjoying the delicious food and friendliness of their staff members. Anca in special is not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly that suggest the best foods on the menu always. If you haven’t stop by, you surely don’t know what are you missing! Besides the bar, there is the restaurant, and also some sort of private area around the lobby in which I believe it can be used for some private gatherings. The place is absolutely clean up to high standards. Definitely recommend, and surely will be back often! A big thanks to the whole Team.”

“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Paul & Jo.”

“Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Lovely welcome by receptionist. Room was a good size and v. clean with city view out. Nice seating lobby area. Would definitely stay again, if we got a good price like this time, as booked quite a way in advance.”

“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”

“Everyone here was amazing! This is among the best places I have stayed. I had to find lodging for almost a month and they gave me a temporary home. I truly felt welcome. Oualid, Lama, and Meerain went out of their way for me and I am forever grateful! The bar is always ready to take your order and provide a fantastic meal. The beds and showers are amazing. Don't go cheap, go Marriott!”

“Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”

“Beautiful clean and comfortable room. Staff were so helpful and we all enjoyed a wide variety of food for breakfast, lots of fruit for my kids which they love! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. Right next to the tube station too.”
