“My boyfriend and I had the most delicious meal at Bellini a couple of weeks ago; he actually says that after having had dinner there, we must now go for dinner once every time that he next comes down to Egham (he lives in Lancaster)! We cannot wait to return, it is gorgeous, and very cosy too. A lovely spot, and a little gem of Englefield Green! The service was 10/10, staff were efficient, and the food came out rather promptly! Not only that, but my partner and I did not think that the prices were awful, and for what you get - it is reasonably priced! I did not take any photos, unfortunately, but presentation was excellent. Cannot wait to return x.”

“We had been here a couple of times over the last couple of years but have recently moved within walking distance so have come three times in three weeks. The food is very tasty with good portions at very reasonable prices. The kids' pizza is massive as well! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is actually really fun. I only didn't go for the full 5 stars for atmosphere because the music has felt a bit too loud for my liking when we've been for lunch the last two weekends. However, when we went for my birthday one evening in December, they had a live singer, who was so good we actually started debating whether he was miming to original recordings! He wasn't but he was that good! It's really nice for lunch; it's fantastic for an evening celebration meal with friends.”

“An absolute gem! We went for lunch and were really impressed with everything. This is a family restaurant with a lovely story behind. It's celebrating 60th anniversary this year and counts both famous people and many locals amongst them. I loved the decor and the impeccable service. The food was freshly made and tasted fantastic. We had lasagne and a vegetarian pasta and loved both. The menu has something for everyone. There are great options for vegans, vegetarians, pescaterians and meat eaters :) It is reasonably priced but service is included in your bill. La Gaffe is close to Hamstead Station and not far from the lovely Pergola Garden.”

“A gorgeous little restaurant off the beaten track. Gorgeous Italian food and in a wonderful setting. The back of the restaurant has a high ceiling and glass roof meaning there is a lovely light. The decor is a combination of 50s styling and urban chic, it’s just lovely!! Food is light and tasty, but could be seasoned a little more. Drinks were lovely also. I found the prices high for a restaurant in Clapham but the service was great and the food was brill.”

“Well established, excellent food and great service. Unusually the atmosphere is more cosy and private downstairs, one can have a conversation without straining to hear those at your table. Very good range of starters, pasta and mains. Unfortunately, there wasn't room for dessert, but the next table's selection looked great. Extensive wine list.”

“Had dinner here with a friend. We were just looking for somewhere to eat after her gig and stumbled across this place. Was really a good decision as we were impressed with the decor and the food was excellent. The portion sizes were very generous and worth the price. My friend had the lasagne and I had the stuff chicken breast with mash and veg. The restaurant is also very family friendly and has a kids menu. I would definitely recommend and visit again with my family.”
