He turned up on the same day and listened my requirements carefully and gave the drawings of how it looks like and showed different type of material finishes available. “I was looking for somebody to install a Quooker tap I purchased at the Ideal Home Exhibition last month. My plumber doesn’t fit them and I now know that no plumbers fit them! So I got in touch with Chris at The Kitchen Company, who installed my kitchen many years ago, to see if he could help me. He was indeed, as always, very helpful and put me in touch with one of his kitchen fitters, Paul. Paul turned up on the day, on time and was quite charming. He was very considerate of my cats and extremely cautious every time he went through the front door to his van. He was friendly, tidy, extremely efficient and professional and very considerate of my property. He cleaned up perfectly and took all the packaging and old waste disposal away with him. He explained very patiently what he was doing and how the Quooker worked. A really nice guy who did a great job. Thank you very much Paul and thank you Chris, I knew you wouldn’t recommend anybody who wouldn’t do the job without complete satisfaction, professionalism and trust.”

“Melvin was really helpful and friendly and communication was great whilst he sourced the fabric for our new seat covers. The delivery guys arrived early and were also very friendly and efficient . I did feel for them as they had a dog and 3 cats to fend off but they did so with a smile. The covers were not easy to fit but we appreciated them doing so. The covers look fab and we are so very pleased. Would definitely recommend Chaplins - great service from everyone we dealt with.”

“We stayed here for just one night. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and tidy. Staff on reception was also lovely. Breakfast food was lovely but there was one member of staff (man) as the girls was so polite made you feel like you was an inconvenience breakfast was served between 8-10am we got there about 9.25am and he made us feel like we had got there at 10am. We had to wait for a table which was not a problem but when we was seated the table was not set up properly we had to keep on asking for things Milk spoons the girl realized there was no side plates and we had to ask for our toast twice. Maybe it was a busy morning”
