"Delivery man is very bad. He is not able to move something simple into a driveway and instead blames the builders for not making space. Even a novice could have done the simple delivery. Was very rude and aggressive too. I don't know the gentleman name but he looked and sounded Eastern European. Horrible man"

"I had to enter this store for the first time, I asked an elderly employee about the price of a sheet of formwork board. The next day I went to buy the formwork board and deliberately asked another employee, younger than the previous one, about the price. He checked on the computer and told me a lower price! After I bought the material, I asked the senior employee why he told me a higher price and ....there was a scandal! I don't like stores where there are no prices on the shelves, because the employees lie about the prices, and all this leads to a bad image of the company. Be careful that they don't lie to you about the price of the product! Be careful!"

"I have used this shop for years. Although still reasonably well stocked I have now found the quality and attitude of the staff have changed. During my last visit I was met by a rude, condescending, unmasked and misogynistic member of staff. Despite me being knowing what I wanted I was almost prevented from even looking at the product in question, I was told, "You'll buy the wrong thing and you'll definitely be returning it!". I was questioned numerous times by two members of staff. I don't expect this kind of treatment in 2021. I'll take my money elsewhere!"
